Our goal is to ensure that the tenants placed in their properties are qualified, financially secure, and have a track record of caring for the spaces they have occupied. Whether we are placing a tenant with lease-only services, or in the course of property management, we conduct in-person showings with prospective Tenants, and we carefully analyze each Applicant’s employment, credit, criminal, and previous rental history in order to place Tenants who will follow through with the terms set forth in the lease agreement. We also assist in commercial clients as they shop for leasable space for their business, and guide them through each step of the commercial leasing process.
